Passiv-line PLUS window is characterized by high thermal insulation at a good price. Using glass with argon Ug = 0.5 W/m2K, the window of the reference size achieves a heat transfer coefficient Uw = 0.7 W/m2K.

The innovation of this product is based on the use of polyurethane foam, polystyrene fittings in the profile chambers.

Thanks to the innovative approach, the Passiv-line ULTRA window has achieved the revolutionary conductivity coefficient of the reference window Uw=0.5 (W/m2K).

In this system a technical solution consisting in gluing glazing with a coefficient of Ug = 0.3 (W/m2K) has been applied. However, instead of reinforcements in the profiles, thermoplastic inserts reinforced with glass fiber from BASF’s Ultradur High Speed material and filling chambers with polyurethane foam were used.
