PASSIV-LINE ULTRA

The warmest certified passive window designed for passive and low energy buildings. Thanks to the use of modern technologies the windows have excellent thermal insulation parameters and are characterised by above-average air and water tightness, being a specific shield protecting us from unfavourable external conditions. Passiv-line Ultra windows can significantly reduce the demand for primary energy, which significantly improves the energy balance of the building.

 

This system uses the technical solution of:

  • In the profiles, instead of reinforcements, thermoplastic inserts reinforced with glass fibre from BASF’s Ultradur High Speed material and filling the chambers with polyurethane foam were used. Thanks to this, a parameter for the combination of the frame and sash, which is absolutely required for passive constructions, has been obtained.
  • Standard equipped with a triple glazed, double glazed package with Ug = 0.5 (W/m2K) with glued ECLAZ glass, which allows 10% more light Lt and solar energy g to pass into the room, which allows the acquisition of free thermal energy from the sun
  • the use of the SWISSPACER ULTIMATE warm frame, recognised by the Darmstadt Institute as necessary to meet the requirements for passive windows, which significantly reduces the thermal bridge between the frame and the glass panes.
  • High tightness, which is another condition which must be fulfilled by the window construction in order to obtain the status of passive window, the obtained result is: tightness Q100 = 0.06 m3/(hm).
  • this window also automatically meets the requirements for windows for the 2021 building industry.

Profile

Intelligent system solutions are becoming a reality. Lightweight construction elements without steel reinforcements inside profiles, which at the same time significantly reduce energy losses in buildings, are the new arguments and benefits offered by Passiv Line Ultra. The proposed concept is a new direction in thinking about energy efficiency, as it involves the elimination of steel reinforcements used so far in profiles, which caused their thermal deterioration.

AdamS is the first company in Poland to receive a certificate confirming the production of Passiv Line Ultra windows from certified components designed for Passive House construction, tested by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt. Certificate was issued by the Polish Institute of Passive Building and Renewable Energy Günter Schlagowski
