It features the following properties:

ENERGY SAFETY – The system is characterized by excellent energy efficiency thanks to the use of multi-chamber profiles and a warm threshold made of PVC with very good thermal insulation. Thanks to it the floor by the door will not be cold. The system is available in two versions: VEKAMOTION 82, VEKAMOTION 82 with aluminium overlay.

HIGH QUALITY OF PROFILES – applied VEKA profile in Class A with a depth of 82 mm sash. The combined threshold and sash in the standard version has a section height of 152 mm, while the frame and sash give a total dimension of 163 mm. What is important, we strive for maximum concealment of the threshold in the floor. In the VEKAMOTION 82 Lift&Slide door system, multi-chamber cover strips are used that conceal the screw connections after installation. This results in completely smooth surfaces, even without blanking plugs. A two-stage sealing system is used in the sliding sash area. The external sealing system ensures that the door is airtight, even under loads such as hurricane wind and heavy rain.

HUGE GLAZING – VEKAMOTION 82 system is adapted for installation of triple glazing packages with dimensions exceeding 5 m2 and weighing 250 kg.

FITTINGS – The fittings used in the VEKAMOTION 82 system make it possible to design terrace doors (scheme A) up to 6 m wide and 2.3 m high or up to 5 m wide by 2.7 m high (white profiles) and up to 5 m wide and 2.5 m high (coloured profiles). The sashes can be fixed or lift-and-slide, so they can be adapted to specific needs. The hardware uses bearing-mounted rollers and Teflon sliders, which makes opening and closing the sashes comfortable.

SECURITY – The door can be fitted with various types of glazing units, including those with enhanced burglary resistance, profiles reinforced with steel sections, anti-burglary hardware and locking systems. Safety of everyday use is also ensured by a flat, flush with the floor, latest generation warm threshold with an aluminium cover.
